Building an Inclusive Culture

When we set the objective of building an inclusive culture, our intent was to first recognize the differences that exist amongst our employees. We regard race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation and all other characteristics that make us unique as beneficial components of our overall workforce. We aim to make our workplace an environment where any employee can feel comfortable. At our headquarters, specifically, we have introduced resource groups to address the specific needs of racially/culturally diverse employees, female employees, employees with different abilities and employees who are gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender. As the Company recognizes such differences, we can celebrate the benefits of diversity and leverage the unique contributions of every member of our workforce.


PBG employees have completed more than 300,000 hours of diversity training since our IPO in 1999 to learn the importance of respect in the workplace, skills for communicating with people about differences, how to work together more effectively and making diversity matter at every level of our Company.
