PBG' s Diversity Advisory Board (DAB) serves as an executive body overseeing all diversity efforts at the Company. It is made up of senior, cross-functional leaders from each field BU and HQ. The role of the DAB is to provide direction on PBG's diversity strategy, monitor progress on diversity objectives and to ensure that the Company's diversity initiatives are linked with our business objectives.
