Why did you join PBG?
The people I met were the main reason I joined this company. Once I toured the San Antonio site and met whom I would work with, I knew this was the place for me.

Describe your on-boarding experience.
I enjoyed the fact that trainees work in all aspects of the business for some part of the time so that they can acclimate themselves with the Company.

How would you describe the culture at PBG?
The PBG culture is extremely fast-paced but that’s the environment I enjoy. Every day we are empowered to make decisions.  It shows that the Company and management trust our thought-making process and decision-making skills.

What does it take to be successful in your position?
To get results, you have to be organized, focused and have the ability to handle multiple items at one time. The ability to prioritize is key.

Why did you join PBG?
I joined PBG for several reasons, but most notably I wanted to be part of a competitive environment, work for a product I believed in and have an opportunity to develop and advance my career.

Describe your on-boarding experience. The on-boarding process at PBG is top-notch. I had the opportunity to work in several departments and get a better taste for how our business operates. I feel that spending time cross-functionally adds competence and value when beginning one's very first role at a new company.

How would you describe the culture at PBG? PBG is about as fast-paced as you can get. I love the sense of urgency that all PBG employees feel to be successful. Working at PBG is about teamwork, as well. When we set out to reach a goal here, it's not about one individual's performance, but is determined by the ability to execute by the entire team.

What does it take to be successful in your position?
As a Unit Sales Manager, I am always focusing on growing the top line, leading my people, and ensuring excellent execution at all levels.

Describe your on-boarding experience.
The hands-on training period and mentor program were valuable in preparing for the job.  Interaction with other campus hires afforded the opportunity to share experiences throughout the process.

Why did you join PBG?
I decided to join PBG based on the internship that I experienced the summer prior to joining the team full time.  I was attracted to the fast-paced environment, the opportunity to manage a significant part of the business almost immediately and the Pepsi name.

Describe your on-boarding experience.
My transition was as smooth as possible. The key elements were spending time in every department to have a greater knowledge of the entire business rather than focusing on one area.

How would you describe the culture at PBG?
There is an exceptional support structure at the New River Valley Plant. I’m empowered to make decisions for the business and can consult with experienced department and plant management.

What does it take to be successful in your position?
For me, it’s important to like the people I work with and work for. Pepsi has some of the most highly skilled and highly motivated people you can find anywhere. Hard work is contagious at Pepsi.
