Kathleen M. Dwyer is Vice President of Strategy for PBG , a position to which she was appointed in March 2005. In this role, Ms. Dwyer is responsible for the development of PBG ’s strategic plan, focusing on ways to drive growth in the Company’s existing businesses and identifying new business opportunities.

A 17-year veteran, Ms. Dwyer began her Pepsi career in the accounting group at the Company’s facility in Torrance , Calif. She moved through several positions of increasing responsibility and, in 1994, was named Director of Planning for the California Business Unit. Ms. Dwyer was appointed Director of Finance for the Pacific Northwest Business Unit in 1998 and, the following year, she was named Vice President , U.S. Planning at PBG ’s headquarters. In 2001, Ms. Dwyer was appointed Vice President, Worldwide Performance Management and, in 2003, she was named Vice President, Worldwide Finance.

Ms. Dwyer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University.
