SOMERS, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 6, 2008--The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. (NYSE: PBG) and PepsiCo, Inc. (NYSE: PEP) today announced that, through their PR Beverages Limited joint venture in Russia, they have completed their previously announced acquisition of Sobol-Aqua JSC.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Sobol is a beverage manufacturing company based in Novosibirsk, Russia.
